Horse Heaven Ranch offers hundreds of miles of trails through the Winding Stairs Mountains in Southeast Oklahoma.

What I enjoyed most at this resort is the 360 mountainous views and the rushing rivers full of trout, some of them came up to my horses belly.

The campsites are equipped with picnic tables, fire pits, AC/water and there is a dump station on site.

​

There are also cabins for rent with pens and shelters as well.

​

Its a three hour drive from North Dallas.
